Where can I reset my password?
What information do I need to reset my password?
You will need to remember either of the following:
- The email address that you used when you signed up for your Bike Hub account; or
- The username that you enter when first signing up for your Bike Hub account.
The password reset process
Once you have submitted your Username or Email address at the Lost Your Password? page, you will receive an email containing a link to Bike Hub which will allow you to set a new password for your account.
I have not received a reset email
The password reset email should arrive in your inbox immediately or at least within a few minutes. If it does not arrive please check your Spam/Junk folder to ensure the Password Recovery email.
If you are unable to recall your email address / username or no longer have access to the email address linked to your Bike Hub account, then please submit a support request through our contact page.
